About and methodology
Principles first. Evidence always.
UsabilityGo does not simply ask an AI model what is wrong with a page. It follows a defined review method.
In short
UsabilityGo evaluates pages against a fixed set of e-commerce UX criteria in priority order, uses only evidence extracted from the page and its screenshot, ranks findings by impact and effort, and flags any claim it cannot verify.
How we evaluate
- 01
Collect evidence
Page content, visible reviews and a screenshot are extracted. Nothing outside the page is assumed.
- 02
Apply defined criteria
Each page is checked against established e-commerce usability principles, category by category.
- 03
Score impact and effort
Each finding gets an expected impact and implementation effort so the list is ordered by value.
- 04
Guard against errors
Missing data is reported as missing, unsupported claims are flagged and competitor prices are never guessed.
- 05
Separate page and product
Page fixes you can ship are kept apart from feedback about the product itself.
Who we are
UsabilityGo is built by UX designers, product managers and UX researchers who spent years shaping shopping experiences at leading consumer and e-commerce brands. That background shapes every audit we run: the criteria we test, the order we test them in, and the discipline of separating a page fix you can ship this week from a product change that needs a longer conversation.
