- Is this AI-generated?
- Quick audits are AI-generated and guided by hundreds of UX guidelines, with instant results. UX Library use cases are generated with AI and reviewed and approved by our team before publication. Quick audits are not human-reviewed before delivery. Unsupported claims are flagged for verification.
- Do you crawl the whole website?
- No. Each audit covers the page you submit, plus up to three competitor pages you confirm.
- Can you audit Shopify, WooCommerce and other platforms?
- Yes. Any publicly accessible page works, regardless of platform.
- Do you make the fixes?
- UsabilityGo gives you prioritized fixes and ready-to-use copy. For hands-on help, contact us about custom work.
- Is my data stored?
- Reports are saved privately to your account and only you can see them. You can delete them anytime. Free audits store the URL and an anonymized visitor identifier to prevent abuse.
